Deleting your data
If you connected Instagram, we keep only an encrypted access token and your Instagram username, so we can show you your photos. We never store your Instagram password and never post, comment or message for you.
To remove it, do any one of these:
- In your account, open any mailing and click Disconnect Instagram under Files. We delete the token right away.
- In Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove The Postcard Distillery. Instagram tells us and we delete the token automatically.
- Email us at the contact address below and ask us to delete it.
Photos you chose to add to a mailing stay with that mailing so it can be reordered. You can ask us to delete them too.
Everything else
To delete your account and the information in it, email us from the address on your account. We'll confirm and delete what the law allows us to delete. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
